– Ascertaining storage condition of cargo
– Checking and recording appearance of cargo (packing/ marking/ labeling of bale)
– Inspecting the damaged bales by experienced surveyors
– Determining the volume of each damaged bale by measurement
– Making recommendation to mitigate potential loss
– Providing Digital Photo Report
– Supervision of sampling
– Actual drawing of samples as required.
– Checking containers and their seal numbers as B/L
– Determining container/ seal conditions
– Determining the storage condition of cargo in containers
– Checking & recording Packing/ Marking/ Labels of bales
– Tallying quantity of bales for each container
– Checking bales’ number in the containers
– Supervising of cargo un-stuffing from the containers
– Determining cargo conditions in/out containers
– Supervising of weighing operation (truckload, or bale by bale, or by container) then Weight List signed at site
– Photographs will be taken during various stages of our attendance, if permitted by port/nominated authorities
